Fresh & Fancy Classes 



It's a night out with new & old friends where you will enjoy farm-to-table cooking. All food is grown right at Fresh & Fancy Farms or sourced from another local NJ farm. During each class you will enjoy a unique hands-on experience. From jam making to fresh hors d'oeuvre ideas you will learn new kitchen and preparation skills along with how to select the best seasonal food for each dish. Classes are taught by farm-to-table chefs and farmers along with the occasional guest chefs!

Gardening Class - Starting your Vegetable & Herb Garden

Join us for a Fresh & Fancy Gardening Class and learn how to start & maintain your vegetable and herb gardens. We will review where to plant your vegetables & herbs from direct planting, raised beds to pots! Learn how to start, maintain and harvest all season long. Class includes instruction, a few starter plants and refreshments.
